Terms of Service

By using AllRemover, you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially the section about the Pro subscription.

1. About the service

AllRemover ("we", "us") is a service operated under the business name AllRemover that lets you remove the background from photos directly in your browser. The free version runs entirely on your device. AllRemover Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features.

2. Free use

The free version is provided as-is, at no cost. We may show ads to support it. Background removal happens on your device; we do not receive your images.

3. AllRemover Pro subscription

• Price: Rp20,000 per month.
• Billing cycle: monthly. Access is granted for one month from the date each payment is confirmed.
• What you get: full-resolution HD export, background color replacement, batch processing with ZIP download, and an ad-free experience, for as long as your subscription is active.
• Renewal: to continue Pro after a billing period ends, a new payment is required. If payment is not made, your account returns to the free tier and Pro features are locked until you renew.
• Cancellation: you may stop at any time by simply not renewing. There are no cancellation fees.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Midtrans). We do not store your full payment details; those are handled by the provider under their own security and privacy terms. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

5. Refunds

AllRemover Pro is a digital service that unlocks immediately upon payment. For that reason, payments are generally non-refundable once Pro is activated. See our Refund Policy for the full details and exceptions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to break, overload, or circumvent payment for Pro features, or using it for unlawful content. We may suspend access for abuse.

7. Availability

We aim to keep AllRemover running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued. If we discontinue Pro entirely, we will stop charging for it.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
